Leadership Promotions – Heather Smith and Jonathan Myers
I-Solutions leadership is delighted to announce two promotions effective June 1, 2023. Heather Smith has been promoted to Vice President of Business Operations and Jonathan Myers has been promoted to Vice President of Field Operations.
Heather joined I-Solutions in 2020, as Operations Manager where she worked with both the client and I-Solutions staff to ensure project success. As Vice President of Business Operations, Heather will develop and oversee business processes and functions that streamline and support the current and future growth of I-Solutions. This will include analyzing software utilization, financial planning and analysis and viability of new business ventures.
Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industry building sanitary, storm sewer, underground detention systems and water mains. Since joining the team in 2022, Jonathan has worked with projects from start to finish to ensure stakeholders are completely satisfied. As Vice President of Field Operations, he will oversee field operations staff including safety specialists, projects managers, superintendents and field staff.
